What does MAKO actually do?

Is MAKO an agency or a consultancy?
Neither. Agencies hand you deliverables and consultants hand you advice. MAKO is an outside commercial unit: it owns the selling system end to end and is measured on what it brings in.
What role does AI play in the work?
The machinery is AI-operated: list building, outreach drafting, reply triage, reporting. People set the mandate, make the judgment calls, and speak with your buyers. Every system runs inside our own group before a client sees it.
What does an engagement cost?
There is no rate card. Scope is set at a Revenue Review, working backward from the revenue outcome the mandate is worth. If the mandate is not worth engineering, we say so.
